What began as one-off evenings and retreats has become an intimate series of suppers, salons and gatherings where real conversation, reflection and collaboration can unfold.
Our Lisbon events are held in partnership with The Editory Riverside Hotel, the home of Women Who Lead. In the elegance of Sala Nobre, we bring together women from across sectors, cultures and generations to pause, exhale and reconnect with what matters most — in their work, their leadership and their wider impact on society.
Rooted in Natalie Turner’s Red Silk Era of work—weaving leadership, creativity and her debut novel The Red Silk Dress —Women Who Lead explores what it means to lead from authenticity and heart while contributing meaningfully to the world around us.

FOUNDER OF WOMEN WHO LEAD
Natalie Turner is an experienced innovation and leadership development specialist who has worked with some of the world’s leading organisations — including Edgewell, LEO Pharma Asia, Kellogg’s, GSK, and Cisco Systems — helping them build innovation systems, cultures, and capabilities, as well as generating new ideas to grow their teams and businesses. With a background in marketing and commercial strategy, she was formerly Head of Internet Strategy at British Telecom in London. She is also an international keynote speaker on innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership, and an experienced facilitator and coach.
NNatalie is the inventor of The Six ‘I’s® of Innovation, an integrated methodology and set of assessment tools that help individuals and organisations measure their innovation strengths and make innovation more practical and effective. She is the author of the award-winning business book Yes, You Can Innovate, selected as Business Book of the Month in England and Singapore, and CEO of The Entheo Network, a lifestyle and innovation company she co-founded with her husband, DJ Carl Hinds.
Alongside her consulting and leadership work, Natalie is also the author of her forthcoming debut novel The Red Silk Dress (Winter 2026) — a sensual, transformative story of courage and love set across Southeast Asia and Paris — expanding her creative voice and passion for helping people navigate change and transformation.
