Our goal is to enable you to achieve your personal and professional development objectives. As part of the coaching process, you will be invited to complete The Six 'I's® of Innovation assessment, which will highlight your strengths and challenges around creating and implementing new ideas. You will also be invited to complete an Enneagram profile, one of the most ancient systems for human transformation. This will enable you to take a deep dive into your interior self – what drives and motivates you and how and why you think, act and feel the way you do in how you direct your energy in your life and work. The Enneagram also will reveal to you, how others perceive your style of communication.
We will use these as a starting point to pinpoint what is important for you in terms of focus and areas of development so that we can measure coaching effectiveness on your work and leadership development.
