Why I Created This Space
When I moved to Lisbon after many years working internationally with leaders and organisations across Asia Pacific and Europe, I found myself searching for spaces where I could meet other thoughtful, capable women in a more meaningful way.
Not simply to network, but to have richer conversations about leadership, creativity, identity, contribution and the shape of our lives.
I wanted spaces where women could arrive as they are. Where experience, intelligence and depth were welcomed. Where conversation could move beyond roles, titles and surface introductions.
Women Who Lead Portugal emerged from that desire. Over time, it has become an intimate, curated space for women who value reflection, discernment, creativity, leadership and meaningful human connection.
Some women who join us are leading organisations, businesses or teams. Others are navigating transition, reinvention, creative evolution or questions about what comes next. What connects us is a shared desire to live and lead more consciously, truthfully and fully.

What makes this different
The Red Silk Leadership Inquiry
The Red Silk Supper is the first public gathering within the Red Silk Leadership Inquiry, a developing body of work exploring how women inhabit authority, aliveness, discernment and impact in their lives and work.
This first inquiry focuses on Silk and Stone: two living capacities that help us recognise where we may be overextended, under-expressed, losing aliveness, avoiding boundary, or needing to step more fully into our authority.
The Red Silk Suppers
At the heart of Women Who Lead Portugal are the Red Silk Suppers: intimate long-table evenings combining guided leadership inquiry, meaningful conversation and shared experience.
These are not networking dinners or traditional workshops.
They are carefully curated spaces designed for women who want to reflect more deeply on how they are leading their lives, their work, their relationships and what is emerging next.
Each supper is intentionally intimate to preserve the quality, depth and atmosphere of the evening.

The Red Silk Supper is an intimate leadership inquiry experience for thoughtful women exploring how they want to lead their lives, work and next chapter.
Hosted at The Vintage Hotel, this evening introduces the emerging body of work behind Red Silk Leadership through the lens of Silk and Stone.
Silk is inner listening, relational intelligence, discernment and aliveness. Stone is authority, structure, groundedness, boundary and the capacity to hold form under pressure.

Located in the heart of the city, the private room offers an intimate setting for a small gathering of women, with space for supper, guided inquiry and thoughtful conversation throughout the evening.

FOUNDER OF WOMEN WHO LEAD
Natalie Turner is the founder of Women Who Lead, an international innovation and leadership adviser, and the inventor of The Six ‘I’s® Strategic Innovation Leadership System, a framework used by governments, multinationals and professional services networks to build innovation leadership capability.
She is the author of the award-winning business book Yes, You Can Innovate and an international keynote speaker on innovation, leadership and human-centred change.
Over the past two decades, Natalie has worked with leaders and teams across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East, helping organisations strengthen leadership culture, navigate complexity and move ideas into meaningful action. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity and human behaviour: how people think, decide, relate, create and lead through change.
Women Who Lead was originally founded by Natalie while she was living in Singapore in 2012. Since then, she has led women’s leadership retreats, masterclasses, coaching programmes, salons and inquiry spaces across different international contexts, supporting women to strengthen confidence, voice, authority and direction at important moments in their lives and work.
Red Silk Leadership is the deeper evolution of this work. It brings Natalie’s organisational experience together with the creative and personal inquiry opened through her debut novel, The Red Silk Dress, exploring not only how leaders perform, but the inner ground from which they lead.
Now based in Lisbon, Natalie is entering what she calls her Red Silk Era: a new season of work rooted in leadership, story, identity, authority, aliveness and impact. Through Women Who Lead and Red Silk Leadership, she is creating intimate inquiry spaces, suppers and leadership experiences for women who want to lead their lives and work with more depth, discernment and truth.
