I work as a Creative Thinking Partner and Coach to provide you space to reflect, discover and take action towards the next step in your professional development journey.
COACHING PROGRAMME
My coaching approach empowers you to lead from grounded strength, turning your aspirations into reality. I offer personalised coaching that addresses unique challenges you may face in your leadership and communication as well as new ideas you may want to bring into the world.
I use a blend of approaches to help you develop practical solutions, whilst working on challenges that may stop you from moving into your next level of growth or professional transition.
After an initial chemistry call to see if my approach is a good fit for you and your needs, I will create a three or six-month bespoke coaching programme to address your coaching goals.

Overcoming Limiting Beliefs
Work through belief patterns that may be holding you back from reaching the next level in your career - identify and transform limiting beliefs into empowering behaviors that foster professional growth.
Actionable Steps & Accountability
Set clear, actionable goals with ongoing support to ensure you stay on track - with reflective practices, such as journaling and specific tasks related to the areas that we are working on, reinforce new behaviours that encourage positive change.
My goal is to enable you to achieve your personal and professional development objectives. It is my intention to help you gain fresh insight and understanding into yourself that will have a positive, and transformational, effect on the way you think and work and how you influence others around you.
As part of the coaching process, you will be invited to complete The Six 'I's® of Innovation assessment, which will highlight your strengths and challenges around creating and implementing new ideas. You will also be invited to complete an Enneagram profile, one of the most ancient systems for human transformation. This will enable you to take a deep dive into your interior self – what drives and motivates you and how and why you think, act and feel the way you do. The Enneagram will also reveal to you how others perceive your style of communication.
We will use these as a starting point to pinpoint what is important for you in terms of focus and areas of development, so that we can enhance the effectiveness of the coaching.
