Welcome to Women Who Lead
Following the overwhelming success of our women's networking events in July and October, being published in The Portugal News and a growing mailing list, it's clear there is a strong desire to build a vibrant professional community for women in Portugal. This next event will be your chance to help shape the future of this exciting initiative.
I'm Natalie Turner, Founder of Women Who Lead (WWL) - a community dedicated to the personal and professional development of professional women. Since launching WWL in 2011, I've had the privilege of cultivating thriving networks across Asia Pacific, from Bali to Singapore.
In this upcoming session you will have an opportunity to discuss the top themes and ideas shared by your peers from the earlier sessions, and share your ideas, expertise and experiences. Together, we'll collaboratively design the 2025 Programme - exploring topics ranging from leadership masterclasses, designing impactful projects to rejuvenating retreats. Rest assured, there will be ample time for fun, food and wine too!
This is your chance to take an active role in building a community that champions your growth. Whether you're seeking inspiration, connection or the chance to give back, Women Who Lead has something meaningful to offer.

FOUNDER OF WOMEN WHO LEAD
Natalie is an experienced innovation and leadership development specialist and has worked for and consulted with some of the world’s leading organisations, including Edgewell, LEO Pharma Asia, Kellogg’s, GSK and Cisco Systems, helping them build innovation systems, culture and capabilities as well as generating new ideas to help them grow their teams and businesses. She has a background in marketing and commercial strategy and was formerly the Head of Internet Strategy at British Telecom in London. She is also an international Keynote Speaker on innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership, and an experienced business facilitator and executive leadership coach.
Natalie is the inventor of The Six ‘I’s® of Innovation, an integrated methodology and set of assessment tools that help individuals and organisations measure their innovation strengths and make innovation more practical and effective. She is the author of the Award-winning book, Yes, You Can innovate, selected as Business Book of the Month in England and Singapore. Natalie has three degrees, a BA Hons in Politics & Legislative studies, an M.Sc. in Economics and Social Psychology and an MBA. She is also a Certified Integrative 9 Enneagram Practitioner, and is a practitioner of Myres Briggs Type Indicator and The Spony Profiling Model, a psychological and behavioural assessment that measures the impact national culture has on the value system and decision-making of leaders. Natalie is the CEO of The Entheo Network, a lifestyle and innovation company she founded in 2006 with her husband Carl Hinds.
