For women standing at the edge of change
You are not starting again.
You are stepping into a truer alignment of voice, authority, and direction.
This work is for women navigating moments of transition, expansion, or quiet reckoning.
Not because something is broken, but because something more truthful is asking to emerge.
I work privately with women who hold responsibility, influence, and inner complexity, and who sense that the way forward requires discernment rather than force, and clarity rather than urgency.
Instead of problem statements, we anchor in awareness and choice.
We explore the patterns that shape how you lead, decide, relate, and hold authority. Not to judge or correct them, but to understand where they serve you, and where they quietly constrain your freedom.
Together, we examine what truly motivates you now, not who you have been expected to be. This work supports alignment between your inner authority and the direction you choose to move toward.
Rather than “overcoming” beliefs, we create the conditions for you to release what no longer belongs to this phase of your life or leadership, and to stand more fully in your own permission.
Action emerges naturally once clarity is restored.
We translate insight into decisions, boundaries, and next steps that are grounded, realistic, and owned by you.
This is a private, bespoke practice.
After an initial conversation to sense mutual fit, we design a three or six-month engagement shaped around your context, rhythm, and intentions.
This is not a programme designed to fix or optimise you.
It is a private space for women who already carry responsibility, influence, and discernment, and who know that the next step cannot be forced.
We work slowly enough to hear what is true.
Together, we explore the patterns that shape how you lead, decide, and hold authority. Not to correct them, but to understand where they serve you and where they quietly constrain you.
At the right moment, we may draw on reflective frameworks such as the Enneagram or The Six 'I’s® of Innovation, not as labels or prescriptions, but as lenses to deepen awareness and choice.
The work is bespoke, relational, and shaped around your context, rhythm, and intentions.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is imposed.
Clarity emerges, and with it, grounded movement forward.

Words from women who have worked privately with me
I worked with Natalie during a time of transition and new beginnings. Her approach is awesome: A mix of deep reflection and introspection, a creative and innovative play with leadership tools and approaches, and a great guide and teacher with a wealth of life and professional experience. In only a few sessions, I gained newfound wisdom and direction to move me forward into my new life. Thank you for your help Natalie.

Sessions with Natalie provide "time-out" from the craziness of work and life to really focus on me. With her thought provoking questions and assignments, she keeps me moving towards my goals - I feel this has been crucial to keep myself accountable. I have been working with Natalie for almost a year now, covering both career and personal development and I look forward to continuing to grow with her cheering me on.

We begin by clarifying what is asking for attention in this phase of your life or leadership.
Not as a fixed goal, but as a living inquiry that will evolve as clarity deepens.
This may involve a professional transition, a shift in how you lead, or a quieter internal recalibration. Together, we surface what matters now and shape intentions that are aligned with your authority, values, and direction.
Rather than rushing to solutions, we take time to understand context, patterns, and choice. From this foundation, meaningful movement becomes possible.
AREAS WE EXPLORE COULD INCLUDE:
DEVELOPMENTAL PRACTICES
When useful, we may draw on reflective frameworks such as the Enneagram or the Six I’s of Innovation.
These are not used as labels or prescriptions, but as lenses to deepen self-understanding. They help illuminate motivation, blind spots, and habitual ways of relating to work, power, and change.
The purpose is to support awareness, not self-improvement, and to create conditions for more conscious choice over time.
CAREER TRANSITION AND IDENTITY SHIFTS
This work supports moments where something is ending and something else is not yet fully formed.
Together, we explore what you are stepping away from, what you are moving toward, and how to navigate uncertainty without rushing to resolution. This may involve redefining success, reassessing identity, or articulating a new direction that feels truer to who you are now.
The focus is on alignment and permission, rather than reinvention for its own sake.
LEADERSHIP
Leadership here is understood as how you hold authority, not as a role or performance.
We explore how you naturally lead, where your influence already lies, and where you may be carrying more than is yours to carry. This includes working with responsibility, decision-making, and the relational dynamics that shape teams and systems.
The aim is not to become someone else, but to lead with greater steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.
INNOVATION PROJECT/BUSINESS IDEAS
This space is for ideas that are forming, evolving, or asking for clearer shape.
We work with questions of direction, value, and intention. Not to force momentum, but to sense what is ready to emerge and what needs more time. This may include clarifying a core proposition, navigating uncertainty, or engaging others without over-explaining or pushing.
The focus is on coherence rather than scale, and on movement that feels owned rather than imposed.
GROUNDED PRACTICE
Here we explore the patterns that shape how you respond under pressure.
Not with the aim of fixing behaviour, but of understanding what becomes automatic, what no longer serves, and what choice looks like when there is more space. As awareness grows, different responses emerge naturally.
The work supports steadier leadership, clearer boundaries, and decisions that are less reactive and more aligned with how you want to live and lead.
COMMUNICATION
This work supports you in clarifying how you communicate when the stakes are high.
We attend to how your voice, presence, and timing land with others, particularly in moments of tension, influence, or decision-making. Rather than learning techniques, we explore what shifts when you are more fully grounded in your authority and less driven by urgency or expectation.
This includes working with presence, non-verbal expression, and the quiet signals that shape how you are perceived and heard.
Your leadership is grounded, generous, and deeply human.
Thank you for creating a space where clarity could emerge.
This work marked a genuine turning point for me.

Frameworks that support awareness, not prescriptions

The Six ‘I’s® is not used here as a methodology to follow, but as a reflective lens.
It helps reveal how you generate ideas, respond to uncertainty, and move from insight to action. In this work, it supports clarity around where energy flows, where it stalls, and where alignment is needed between intention, behaviour, and direction.
Used lightly and selectively, it creates shared language without reducing complexity.

The Enneagram is an archetypal map of motivation, perception, and inner patterning.
Rather than categorising personality, it offers insight into what drives you, what protects you, and what quietly limits choice under pressure.
In this work, the Enneagram is used as a guide for self-understanding and inner permission, not as a label or identity.
Natalie is a great professional coach with an authentic communication style. I had the opportunity to be coached by her for 6 months working on career development whilst juggling parenting three kids. I have to say that it has been very fruitful. With her search and insight into where I should focus improvement, and her presence, sensitivity and listening, she helped to give me clarity and strength to get a clear picture of my expectations and how to create plans to move me forward into action. Natalie has played a role in my success today.

FOUNDER OF WOMEN WHO LEAD
I work privately with women who carry responsibility, influence, and inner complexity, and who sense that the next step forward cannot be forced.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, creativity, and discernment. It is shaped by decades of experience working across cultures, sectors, and systems, and by a deep respect for the inner lives of women navigating moments of transition, expansion, or quiet reckoning.
I am known for creating spaces where clarity returns without urgency, where authority is reclaimed from within, and where movement forward emerges naturally once what is true is named.
My background includes global leadership and innovation work with organisations across Europe and Asia, alongside a long-standing private practice supporting women in senior roles through periods of change. I draw on reflective frameworks only when they serve awareness and choice, never as prescriptions.
This is slow work, by design.
Nothing is imposed.
Nothing is rushed.
Foundations that Inform My Work
• The Six ‘I’s® of Innovation
• Integrative Enneagram (Accredited Practitioner)
• Leadership, non-verbal communication, and group dynamics
• Cross-cultural strategy and systems thinking
A quite invitation to connect.
In confidence
