For women building what comes next or leading more effectively where they are.
Private mentoring for strategic clarity, sharper positioning, and more effective leadership in times of change, growth, or complexity.
Working at the threshold of what is next
This is a private space for women who are navigating complexity, responsibility, change, or a deeper question about how they want to live, work, and lead.
Some women come because they are leaving corporate life and want to shape a business, proposition, or new direction with greater coherence and confidence. Others are already in significant roles and want to lead more effectively, navigate stakeholders well, and make clearer decisions under pressure.
How private mentoring works
Private Mentoring is offered as a six-month engagement.
We meet once a month in a dedicated private session, with light-touch support between sessions by email or message when needed.
This creates both space and continuity. You have room to reflect deeply, while also having ongoing support as real situations arise.
The work is shaped around your context and priorities. For some women, that means building what comes next after corporate life, developing a business idea, shaping a proposition, or clarifying an offer. For others, it means leading more effectively within their current role, navigating stakeholders, strengthening communication, and making clearer decisions under pressure.
This is not formulaic coaching or a fixed programme. It is a private mentoring relationship shaped around the live questions, decisions, and opportunities in front of you.
The work combines strategic thinking with reflective depth. At times, that may mean shaping an idea, clarifying a proposition, sharpening your positioning, or making decisions about what comes next. At other times, it may mean working through stakeholder dynamics, communication challenges, or the leadership demands of your current role.
I draw on relevant frameworks and tools only where they are useful, not as prescriptions, but as ways to sharpen awareness, judgement, and action.
This is bespoke work with both depth and edge. It creates space for insight, but is equally concerned with direction, decisions, and action.

Words from women who have worked privately with me
I worked with Natalie during a time of transition and new beginnings. Her approach is awesome: A mix of deep reflection and introspection, a creative and innovative play with leadership tools and approaches, and a great guide and mentor with a wealth of life and professional experience. In only a few sessions, I gained newfound wisdom and direction to move me forward into my new life. Thank you for your help Natalie.

Sessions with Natalie provide "time-out" from the craziness of work and life to really focus on me. With her thought provoking questions and assignments, she keeps me moving towards my goals - I feel this has been crucial to keep myself accountable. I have been working with Natalie for almost a year now, covering both career and personal development and I look forward to continuing to grow with her cheering me on.

We begin by identifying the issue, opportunity, or decision that most needs attention in your work or leadership right now.
That may involve a career transition, a leadership challenge, a business idea, a communication issue, or a broader question of direction. Together, we clarify what matters most, assess the context, and define the priorities, choices, and next steps that will move things forward.
The work is not about rushing to easy answers or quick fixes. It is about sharper thinking, stronger judgement, and more intentional action, so that you can move forward with greater confidence and authority.
AREAS WE MAY WORK ON COULD INCLUDE:
PATTERNS & SELF-LEADERSHIP
When useful, we may draw on frameworks such as the Enneagram or the Six ‘I’s® of Innovation.
The Enneagram helps surface motivation, blind spots, and recurring relational patterns. The Six ‘I’s® provides a practical strategic lens for developing ideas, clarifying what is needed, and supporting the movement from concept to implementation.
These are not used as labels or prescriptions, but as tools for deeper awareness, stronger judgement, and more conscious action.
CAREER TRANSITION & IDENTITY SHIFTS
This work supports moments when one chapter is ending and the next is not yet fully formed.
Together, we work on the questions that sit inside transition: what you are leaving, what you are moving towards, and how to shape the next stage with greater clarity and intention. This may include redefining success, reassessing identity, developing a new direction, or turning an emerging idea into something more coherent and viable.
The focus is not on reinvention for its own sake, but on creating a next chapter that is aligned, credible, and owned.
LEADERSHIP & INFLUENCE
Leadership here is understood not simply as role or performance, but as how you hold authority, exercise judgement, and shape the environment around you.
We explore how you lead under pressure, where your influence already carries weight, and where you may be over-carrying, under-claiming, or diffusing your authority. This includes working with responsibility, decision-making, stakeholder dynamics, and the relational patterns that shape teams, conversations, and systems.
The aim is not to become someone else, but to lead with greater clarity, steadiness, discernment, and authority.
INNOVATION PROJECT/BUSINESS IDEAS
This space is for ideas, offers, and new directions that need clearer shape.
We work on questions of positioning, value, direction, and strategic fit. That may include clarifying a proposition, shaping an offer, refining how you speak about your work, or making decisions about what to pursue now, later, or not at all.
The aim is not to force momentum, but to build coherence. So that what emerges is better defined, better aligned, and more capable of moving forward with conviction.
STEADINESS UNDER PRESSURE
Here we explore the patterns that shape your responses under pressure.
The work helps you identify behaviours that have become automatic, understand what is driving them, and change the ones that no longer serve you.
Alongside the conversation itself, I offer reflective and grounding practices that help you build new ways of responding over time.
The aim is not simply greater awareness, but meaningful behavioural change: steadier leadership, clearer boundaries, and decisions that are less reactive and more aligned with how you want to live and lead.
AUTHORITY, PRESENCE & COMMUNICATION
This work focuses on how you communicate when the stakes are high.
We work on how your voice, presence, timing, and message land with others in moments of tension, influence, and decision-making.
This may include practical verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, as well as deeper work on what shifts when you are more grounded in your authority and less driven by urgency, over-explanation, or expectation.
The work is concerned not only with what you say, but with how you are perceived, trusted, and understood.
Your leadership is grounded, generous, and deeply human.
Thank you for creating a space where clarity could emerge.
This work marked a genuine turning point for me.

Frameworks that support awareness, not prescriptions

The Six ‘I’s® is used here as a strategic framework for exploring opportunities, shaping ideas, and supporting the movement from concept to implementation.
It can help identify a person’s relative strengths and areas of importance across the innovation cycle, while also clarifying where an idea sits, what it needs next, and where progress may be stalling.
It also brings practical tools and approaches for exploring possibilities, developing ideas, and helping them become more viable, well-formed, and workable.
Used selectively, it offers structure, insight, and forward movement without oversimplifying complexity.

The Enneagram is a powerful framework for understanding the deeper patterns that shape your energy, behaviour, strengths, blind spots, and ways of leading.
It helps reveal the motivations, habits, and defences that influence how you communicate, hold authority, make decisions, and relate to others.
It also brings greater awareness to the gifts and qualities that support more grounded, effective, and conscious leadership.
In this work, it is used as a tool for deeper self-understanding, clearer judgement, and more conscious leadership, not as a label or identity.
Natalie is an exceptional mentor with a rare blend of clarity, insight, and authentic communication. Over six months, she helped me navigate career development while juggling the demands of parenting three children.
Her direction, listening, and ability to focus attention on what mattered most gave me both clarity and momentum. She helped me see my expectations more clearly, identify where change was needed, and translate that into practical action.
Natalie has played an important role in the progress and success I have achieved.
