Red Silk Leadership is leadership shaped by self-awareness, courage, and restraint. It balances sensitivity with authority, creativity with responsibility, and inner alignment with outward impact. It is for those who sense that the old models of leadership no longer fit, and are choosing to lead with deeper clarity and intention.

It is a six-month small-group inquiry for senior women who sense that something in the way they live and lead is no longer sustainable, even as their lives continue to function well.
It is not a course to complete. It is a facilitated space to slow down, listen more honestly, and make conscious choices about how you live, relate, and lead.
The inquiry emerged through my own lived tension holding leadership work alongside a strong creative life. Through writing The Red Silk Dress, I began to see more clearly how often women are asked to fragment themselves in order to function. Red Silk Leadership grew as a response to that fragmentation.
This is work for women who are capable and accomplished, and who carry significant responsibility at work and at home.
The Shape of the Inquiry
Over six months, the inquiry moves through three essential territories:
Your relationship with yourself
Your relationship with time and with others
How you structure your life and work
These are not abstract ideas. They are places where pressure, misalignment, exhaustion, and quiet longing tend to surface when life is full and responsibility is high. Each session opens a theme. The space between the sessions allows you to live with the theme, notice what shifts, and return to the next session with lived experience to share with the group.
Women who step into this inquiry are not looking for more to do. They are looking for a different way to be.
• How you make decisions, relate to others, and lead when life is full, and the stakes are real
• The balance between strength and softness, action and receptivity
• The interaction between identity, responsibility, and creativity in daily life
• When to speak, when to hold, when to soften, and when to stand
• The way you structure and relate to time, attention, and energy without defaulting to urgency
• What becomes possible when pressure reduces and clarity increases
This is quiet work. It is also deeply practical.
As pressure reduces and clarity increases, women often find:
• Greater clarity about what matters, with less pull from other people’s urgency
• Simpler, more grounded decision-making
• Cleaner relationships, with fewer unspoken tensions
• Less over-functioning and more deliberate choice
• Days that feel more intentional and sustainable
• A deeper sense of being at home in themselves, even in demanding roles
Nothing here is about fixing anyone. It is about removing internal friction and learning to listen differently.

• Six-month inquiry
• Small group of women
• Six 90-minute facilitated group sessions (online)
• Reflection prompts between sessions
• The group is confidential, with clear boundaries, so the space stays respectful and emotionally safe
Women can choose either the inquiry on its own, or the inquiry plus two 60-minute one-to-one sessions for individual integration and decision support. In the one-to-ones, I will draw on lenses such as the Enneagram and the Six ‘I’s®, where helpful.
There is no required output. There is no expectation to perform.
For some women, six months is enough. For others, the work opens the door to something they want to continue.
If continuation feels right, it will be named together near the end. If not, the six months stand complete. There is no obligation and no pressure to extend.
Details, including pricing and timing, are shared through a short conversation.

FOUNDER OF WOMEN WHO LEAD
The inquiry is facilitated by me.
I bring a depth of experience in facilitating senior leaders. I hold inquiry with depth, clarity, and precision, without turning it into therapy or performance. I am not an expert with answers, but a guide committed to discernment and honest conversation.
As the founder of Women Who Lead and the creator of the Red Silk Era of work, my practice weaves leadership, creativity, and inner authority, creating spaces where women can pause, listen, and move forward with intention. I work with women navigating moments of transition in their leadership, work, and lives.
A quiet invitation to explore in confidence.
